The BENCHFOODS 16CUD Dehydrator is a high-performance 100% stainless steel commercial appliance for drying food. It features a forced air convection system for maximum efficiency and a massive 27.5 sq. ft. tray area to accommodate up to 16 trays of food. Perfect for producing large batches of dried food with quality results.

FEATURES

  • Over 2.5m2 of total tray area, you can dehydrate at commercial rates.
  • Adjustable temperature range between 30 - 90°C as well as ambient mode, running just the fans without activating the heating coil.
  • Using the 99 hour digital timer, you are able to set the time and return hours later with no stress. 
  • This highly efficient unit pulls up to 50% less energy than other models with the same dry time. 
  • 304 Food Grade stainless steel mesh trays allow food to dry evenly on both sides. No need to rotate or turn food during the drying cycle. 
  • Dishwasher safe non-stick mats can be purchased separately for fruit roll ups, flour, grains and also to cut down your cleaning time.
  • Perfect for vegetables, jerky, fruit, pet treats, and so much more. The only limit is your imagination.
