1. Release the suction on the cups. Never pull on the headrest while it is attached to the tub or wall. Use “slide sideways and up” off method to release the suction.

2. Prepare the cleaning solution by mixing 1 tbsp. of liquid dish detergent and 2 tbsp. of household bleach in a gallon of water.

3. Clean fabric with a sponge or soft cloth dipped in the cleaning solution.

4. Rinse thoroughly with clean water and air dry.

Hydro Massage System

The Hydro Massage System includes: a hydro pump with an in-line water heater, eco-friendly ozone sterilization system, hydro massage intensity dial control, and strategically positioned hydro jet system for targeted and effective massaging.

The in-line water heater helps maintain the water temperature at constant level while bathing, if the water tank can produce enough hot water. It is suggested to upgrade to the largest available 75-gallon water heater to ensure enough hot water. Please consult with a professional contractor to determine if your water tank can provide enough hot water for a walk-in bathtub. Our ozone sterilization system is the most eco-friendly, chemical free disinfectant that can eliminate a wide variety of inorganic, organic, and microbiological bacteria. The sterilization system is especially helpful in eliminating odors and hygienic maintenance. The in-line water heater and ozone sterilization automatically engage when the hydro massage push control is pressed down when turning on your jets. The hydro massage intensity dial control allows you to adjust the strength of the water stream by adding more or less air into the hydro system.

The Ella 32” x 72” has eight (8) strategically placed hydro jets in order to deliver optimal therapeutic relief. These jets provide relief to your back, hips, thighs, feet and calves.

Air Massage System

The Air Jet Massage System includes an air pump with a 3-speed variable push control, strategically positioned air jets for optimal therapeutic relief, and an auto-purge to maintain an air system free of any build ups. The Air Massage System’s most popular control system is the on/off push control because the buttons were designed to rise above the deck in order to make it easier to push.

The 32” x 72” has twenty (20) strategically placed air jets that pull in air and blow it into the water to create a gentle, relaxing massage. These fixed flat jets work to provide relief to your back, hips, thighs, foot, and legs.

The Air Jet Massage System also includes an auto-purge feature. This feature engages automatically 20 minutes after the pump has been turned off to purge water out of the air jet lines. The auto-purge will run for 120 seconds to ensure your system is clear and free of moisture and excess water helping to prevent the mildew buildup.

Note: This massage is gentler than a Hydrotherapy Massage.

Infusion Microbubble Therapy

Ella Infusion™ Microbubble Therapy System consists of a single Microbubble jet connected to a hydro pump and Microbubble Tank System. The high-pressure hydro pump, along with the Microbubble tank, breaks down the water molecules into billions of tiny bubbles which are then sent out through the single jet. At the push of an on/off button, this feature can provide a moisturizing, exfoliating therapeutic experience all while detoxifying and relieving skin related issues.

1.0 Shipping Policy within continental USA and to Canada

1.1 Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 24 hours and production time is typically 3 to 10 days, unless items are out of stock. Please call for details.

Shipments and deliveries are handled by our third party shipping companies and the typical delivery time is 2-7 days. Email sales@westbeverlybath.com for tracking information. Due to global shipping and logistics issues, unexpected delays in processing and delivering your order may occur. If delays occur, we will update you via email.

1.2 Shipping rates and delivery estimates

*Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping fees vary and will be higher in hard to reach destinations like rural mountainous regions.

1.3 Shipment confirmation and order tracking

You’ll receive shipment confirmation and tracking number within 24 hours of your product shipping.

1.4 Damages

If you received your order damaged, please contact sales@westbeverlybath.com directly to file a claim within 48 hours of receipt of your shipment. Please be sure to carefully open, save all packaging material, and inspect your purchase for any concealed damage before filing a claim. Inspection includes visual and an operational inspection (see product manual for details).

2.0 Returns Policy

Ella’s Bubbles has a 30-day return policy unless otherwise stipulated in your invoice. This is for brand new un-installed products in original packaging. The restocking fee is 25% of the original order amount, less taxes and shipping costs. The customer is responsible for all associated costs of shipping the return. Ella’s Bubbles does not offer returns or exchanges on installed products.

To return your product, follow these steps:

1. Start the return process by emailing sales@westbeverlybath.com

2. Once you receive authorization to return, carefully package and ship the product to Ella’s Bubbles, 2700 W Roosevelt, Chicago, IL 60608.

3. Once our warehouse team receives the returned item, it will be inspected for any damage and missing parts. Returns inspection will take 24-48 hours before generating a report for the Office Manager. If any items are missing or damaged, your refund amount will be reduced by the cost of replacing/repairing damaged or missing parts.

4. Our Office Manager will review and process your return within 24-48 hours of receiving the report from the warehouse team.

5. Once we process a return, you should expect to see a refund of your original product purchase amount plus taxes (if any charged), less 25% restocking and any additional refund deductions for damaged or missing parts. The refund amount will be reflected on your account within 5-7 business days.
