The TOTO T40 Nexus One-Piece Elongated 1.28 GPF WASHLET+ and Auto Flush Ready Universal Height Skirted Toilet with CEFIONTECT boasts a sleek, high-profile design that embodies TOTO’s commitment to comfortable, healthy living. Its modern, one-piece design not only enhances any bathroom décor but also simplifies maintenance by eliminating the gap between the tank and bowl, preventing dirt and debris buildup. The skirted design conceals the trapway, offering a smooth, sophisticated look and making cleaning easier by removing the need to reach behind the bowl. The TORNADO FLUSH system features a hole-free rim design with dual-nozzles, creating a powerful centrifugal rinse that effectively cleans the bowl. Combined with the CEFIONTECT glaze, which prevents particles from adhering to the ceramic, this system reduces the frequency of cleanings, saving water, harsh chemicals, and time.

Designed with TOTO’s Universal Height, the Nexus ensures a comfortable seat position for a wide range of users. This model is also WASHLET+ and Auto Flush Ready, allowing for an easy upgrade to a hands-free flush system with an electronic bidet seat. The WASHLET+ feature includes a concealed channel for supply lines and power cords, ensuring seamless integration. The Nexus is compatible with a 12" rough-in but can be adapted for a 14" rough-in with an additional adapter. It meets ADA compliance and the standards for EPA WaterSense®, California’s CEC, and CALGreen requirements. The toilet features a left-hand chrome trip lever and requires a separately purchased compatible toilet seat or T40 WASHLET+, wax ring, toilet mounting bolts, and water supply lines for installation.
