The BENCHFOODS 30 Tray Commercial Food Dehydrator provides an efficient and reliable solution for large-scale dehydration. Featuring 100% stainless steel construction, a 3 zone system, and a powerful forced air convection system, this reliable option is designed for commercial use. Enjoy consistent, even results every time.

FEATURES

  • Over 4.8m2 of total tray area, you can dehydrate at commercial rates.
  • Adjustable temperature range between 30 - 90°C as well as ambient mode, running just the fans without activating the heating coil.
  • Using the 99 hour digital timer, you are able to set the time and return hours later with no stress. 
  • This highly efficient unit pulls up to 50% less energy than other models with the same dry time. 
  • 304 Food Grade stainless steel mesh trays allow food to dry evenly on both sides. No need to rotate or turn food during the drying cycle. 
  • Dishwasher safe non-stick mats can be purchased separately for fruit roll ups, flour, grains and also to cut down your cleaning time.
  • Perfect for vegetables, jerky, fruit, pet treats, and so much more. The only limit is your imagination.
